In order to support families during a sleep crisis, you’ll need to be able to plan

strategies that are easy to understand, and manageable in severe sleep deprivation.

Watch the training and then it’s time to #DoTheWork

    Question 1

I want you to think about a family you’ve worked with who, on

reflection, has described a sleep crisis to you.

I want you to write down something of the context of their sleep crisis –

what was the story? The age of the child? The driving force behind the

    need for change?

How could you identify it as a crisis?

    Question 2

Think about a strongly ingrained habit you have:

How would you find it if you couldn’t do this? What adaptations could

you make? How would it affect you? Is there something you wouldn’t be

    able to change?

Write down an example of a habit you have that you can’t imagine not

    doing.
