I am Emma, I am a parental coach specialising in children’s sleep, big emotions and behaviour. I help families with children aged between 1-7 years. I am a nursery teacher and more importantly a mum to two teens. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs there can be, I feel privileged to help and support all the families I work with on their parenting journey.

Qualifications:
Holistic sleep coaching and NVQ level 3 in childcare/teaching
