Hi, I’m Sofiya. I’m a certified pediatric sleep coach and educator, but above that, I’m a parent and a big believer that families deserve support without judgment or barriers.

I support families with infant & toddler sleep using attachment-focused, sustainable strategies backed by research. My approach is about meeting families where they’re at and helping them find calm, confidence, and connection during what can be one of the hardest seasons of parenthood.

I deeply believe that every family deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based sleep support, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why I proudly offer free sleep support to my local community, ensuring that no parent feels alone or unsupported on their sleep journey.
