I am a qualified SEN Teacher with a BA Hons in Education Studies and a PGCE in Primary Education, I am also a Gentle and Holistic Sleep Coach. I have worked with children for 14 years and Sleep issues occur time and time again for many families and children. I have seen closely how Sleep or lack of, hinders quality of life, wellbeing, health, and education.
