About Carolina
Carolina is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Holistic Sleep consultant (OCN Level 6) , holds a certification in Integral Somatic Trauma Therapy, a BA in Philosophy, and a Master's degree in Cultural Studies with emphasis on Memory Studies. She is based in Germany, originally from Colombia, and is a mother of two wonderful little ones. She has focused on further training in Babywearing, Pelvic Health and Womb Healing, Relationship Coaching, Social Justice, and Nervous System Awareness practices. Having supported families worldwide in English and Spanish for over a decade, her objective is for you to feel heard, seen, and supported in your and your family's needs.
