I’m an attachment-based Parent Coach, Holistic Sleep Coach, and Child Development Specialist based in Essex, UK, with over 30 years’ experience working in early education and parenting support. Through my work at Parenting Explorers Collective, I support families from babies to teens using a neuroscience-informed approach to parenting, behaviour, emotional development, and holistic sleep. I provide 1:1 coaching, courses, webinars, and evidence-informed parent education to support calm, confident, connected families worldwide.
