My name is Jemma and I’m Mum to a busy little boy called Max and a crazy little girl called Holly. I’m married to Mark, my ever supportive husband and we live in Sale in South Manchester.
I’m passionate about gentle parenting techniques that encourage bonding and attachment. I understand that parenthood is the long game so I’m not about quick fixes that are not baby or child focused.
I teach friendly and social baby massage courses and also support families in improving their sleep. I help to empower you to better understand your child’s sleep and support you in making practical changes that are developmentally appropriate and evidence based.
