Hi, I'm Jenny. I am a Paediatric Nurse and Health Visitor. I have been very lucky in my career to work with many incredible families. The focus of much of this work has been about promoting attachment and child development through responsive and sensitive parenting.
I became a sleep coach because I had met so many families who were really struggling with sleep and I wanted to provide evidence based support that was developmentally appropriate for children and prioritised parental responsiveness.
My other particular interests are infant feeding and emotion coaching in toddlers. Both of which come in very handy with sleep coaching!
