About Joanna

I am a mother to 2 boys and passionate about improving baby and children's sleep so that families can thrive. I started my working career as a lawyer in London before becoming a Government Lawyer and starting a family. It was during that time that I struggled with my own children's sleep issues whilst balancing work and family life. That's when I developed an interest and passion in supporting other parents with their child's sleep. I then qualified as a holistic sleep coach and set up Sleep Superstars which provides sleep help and support for babies and young children aged 6-36 months.
