Hello and welcome to Snuggle and Snooze. I am a qualified Level 6 OCN Sleep Coach with a gentle and holistic approach to help your little one with their sleep needs. As a first time mum to my little boy I remember being in the depths of sleep deprivation with no knowledge of what to do or where to turn, getting stuck in endless scrolling through Google relating to all things sleep and confused by all the conflicting information. My aim is to help educate and empower families and equip them with the tools needed to enable a restful night sleep.
