About Lauren
Lauren is based on the Central Coast NSW in Australia. She is a primary school teacher and mother of soon to be three beautiful children. Lauren supports local families with holistic sleep coaching, and particularly loves helping first time parents understand and navigate normal infant sleep behaviours.
