My name is Maria and I am a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach. I am passionate about helping families get more rest in a way that feels supportive, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with their parenting values. I support families with babies and children from 6 months to 5 years old navigating frequent night wakings, bedsharing, bedtime struggles, split nights, and other sleep challenges — without relying on sleep training methods that don’t feel right for them.
My approach is holistic, attachment-focused, and individualized to each child and family. I provide fully remote support to families around the world in English, Spanish, and Catalan. Originally from Spain, I now reside in the United States, where I continue supporting families through gentle, sustainable sleep support.
