The Holistic Sleep Coaching Program was created by Dr Lyndsey Hookway and Emma Dewey — a clinician and a programme director who wanted to train sleep practitioners differently.

She leads all clinical supervision — 104 live sessions a year — working directly with enrolled practitioners on complex family cases in real time. Her approach draws on sleep biology, feeding, attachment, temperament, neurodivergence and family systems, treating each family as a whole.
Lyndsey has contributed to Cochrane Reviews, NICE Guidelines and NHS clinical practice, and has been featured in The Guardian. She is the author of six books, including Let's Talk About Your New Family's Sleep.
